DIY Go-Gurt

These last couple weeks leading up to graduation have turned my world upside down. My mornings are no exception. Constantly being on the go while trying to keep your body fed and healthy can be a challenge. I had some Greek yogurt that was nearing its expiration date, so I got creative. You can complete these Yogurt Bites with your own personal preference of flavor, fruit, and additions.

Ingredients:

Nature Valley Granola with Oats and Dark Chocolate

Wegmans (Chobani Imitation) Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored

Blueberries

Instructions:

1. Place a dollop of Greek yogurt at the bottom (a 5.3 ounce of yogurt can get you about 8-9 cubes)

2. Squeeze in a layer of berries

3. Place another dollop of Greek yogurt over the berries

4. Top it off with some granola (keep in mind to push the granola into the yogurt, so that it freezes as one)

5. Try and wipe off any excess yogurt around the ice tray

6. Let them sit in the freezer for about 6-8 hours

7. Take 'em out. Let them sit about a minute to thaw, and then they pop right out

8. Enjoy!

xx,
