As we approach September, our days are appearing to shrink in addition to the temperature outside. Pretty ideal for those last few summer nights spent lounging on your porch or in your backyard. Thanks to Kimmy, here are a couple of refreshing craft cocktails to enjoy, made right from the comfort of your own kitchen:
CORPSE REVIVER NO. 2

*plot twist: Kimmy used lemons and Romana Sambuca Liqueur instead of Absinthe and Lime Juice*
1 oz. of Gin

1 oz. of Contreau
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash of Absinthe
Garnish of your choice
Directions
1. Squeeze out those limes (or lemons)

3. Shake it all together (chilled, of course)
4. Pour over ice
5. Garnish
ANOTHER CLEVER COCKTAIL BY KIMMY
Ingredients
*honestly, this was entirely experimental due to some fresh rhubarb on hand. Kimmy straight winged it and nailed it! But I believe in you to follow her footsteps*

A little bit of an orange grind
A little bit of Titos Vodka
A little bit of St. Germain
Garnish of your choice
Directions
1. Place an orange grind at the bottom of your glass
2. Pour everything else into a shaker
3. Shake it all together (chilled, of course)
4. Pour over ice
5. Garnish
