Creative Assignment

My Advertising and the Creative Process professor assigned our class with a creative assignment to select one of the following: cheese, vanilla pudding, pain remedy, auto fresheners, toilet paper, bicycle tires, or socks. Once selected, we had to utilize thinking processes from Tom Monohan's book, The Do-It-Yourself Lobotomy, and create a brand with our chosen attributes and advertising methods for the product.

Senior Thesis

My senior core capstone focused heavily on the different communication styles amongst men and women and how they are applied to advertising today. I highlighted on the use of sexism in 2016 and referenced well-known efforts by advocates to promote change. This is my presentation which was pulled from my final research paper.

I upheld the position of Vice President of Communications for Canisius College Fashion Industry Organization. As a newer organization on campus, we were working to get our name out there. I created this logo to illustrate our presence in fashion in the Buffalo community.
